Of course you can eat fried chicken. It's real food.
Compare that to a McDonald's hamburger and is night and day better. There is not even any food in those hamburgers. Chicken is freaking chicken. When it's fried, the moisture in the chicken pushes out the grease and hardly any gets absorbed into the meat if worried about grease/oil..... which is not even bad for you by the way.
Just don't eat the biscuits because is flour and lard. |

#229 Posted: 2/26/2012 9:21:55 AM Don't go nuts on the wings cuz don't want to overload with skin fat because there is a good bit of fat in a dozen wings but nothing wrong at all with eating the larger pieces. |

#231 Posted: 2/26/2012 11:40:58 AM Almost 20 days in, I have drank some, but only straight patron silver -no carbs. Tequila, vodka, and whiskey- *all have no carbs*
Down to 185, which was the high end of my target weight range. Actually weighed in at 182.3 Friday night, but that was right after bball, down some water weight. Started on the 7th of Feb, and think I'm going to stay with it until about the 9th of March, as I'm traveling to see my old man, and am sure we'll put a few back . I do plan to keep on drinking the three things mentioned above, and STRAIGHT, no garbage from the mixes, and occasionally some beers.
Fried, how did everything go with your ol' man?

How do you acct for the calories then? Fat? Protein?
Calories from hard alcohol are just like calories from raw sugar. But wtf........if you're doing everything else right there's nothing wrong with a few stiff shots now & then...........still gotta enjoy life.

From what I understand, the calories come from the alcohol itself. Link
I also came across this article, that is pretty interesting.

if a person could avoid the "whites" he would be much better off 1. "white bread " 2. "white potatoes" 3 "white sugar" basically flour, sugar and potatoes. its true avoid these 3 things and weight loss will occur |
