Illini has been shut out in the first halves of last 4 games, and Wisconsin defense is statistically better than any the Illini have faced in a downturn that’s seen them evolve from 6-0 darlings to a stumbling, bumbling 6-4 team barely in the bowl picture. Badger QB Wilson & RB Ball top the conference in pass efficiency & rushing, respectively.
