Washington over 74.5 wins
If that pitching staff stays healthy, they have 5 solid starters. They also added guys like Milledge, Dukes, LoDuca and Estrada. Nick Johnson is healthy. In the new ballpark, Zimmerman could pop 35. They are gonna be decent. Too bad that division is loaded.

I would advise against it. Loewen is coming off major surgery, Cabrera is too wild, Guthrie is unproven and they have absolutely no pen. There is no power on the team. If Roberts is traded who plays middle infield? Fahey, and Bynum? The outfield is solid with Markakis, Scott and Jones......but they arent gonna produce enough to win games. This team will be good eventually, but right now they aren't close.
This team is flat out miserable and should finish dead last in all of baseball.
I'm predicting 50-112
