Going to give it a try. It does have some kick to it but not a ton. But, coming from an Asian guy, I wouldn't classify it in the same hot sauce categories as the others are talking about on here. It has a different flavor and only goes well with asian food, imo. I wouldn't put that stuff on anything mexican/tex-mex. If you really like asian cuisine, especially Vietnamese, this stuff is perfect. It has become pretty mainstream now, where you can get it at a lot of Wal-Marts and Targets depending on where you live. So if you like it, start buying there rather than ordering it.

Or any Asian market. There's a few different brands in similar looking bottles though. Like the Tapatio, Cholula also. Also, keep an bottle of Sambal Oelek and XO sauce in the fridge also.

Hot sauce actually helps boost your metabolism a bit.
