On PokerStars, I used to have runs of bad beats whenever I built my balance up to just a couple of hundred dollars.  And then I would get thrown bones when my balance dwindled down to almost nothing.  I firmly believe in the cashout curse and also the early wins after a re-deposit.  Also, if someone gets called on their inane all-in pushes while trying to steal blinds or bully the table,  inevitably they seem to beat you with a dream flop or runner runner BS. 

Even though Russ Hamilton broke the code in the well known scandal, I think Ultimate Bet's software is the fairest I have experienced.  I despise PokerStars, even though I LOVE the layout and game selection.  And I have heard enough horror stories about Full Tilt to ever play there. 

This being said, I have gotten to the point of despising LIVE poker play as too many self-absorbed douches frequent the tables.  At least online, I can peruse the net, listen to music or watch TV, and come and go to the tables as I please. 

probably bad bankroll management jt. obviously there are swings, but if youre cashing out too much (or too often) then you could be crippling yourself. 20 buy in's at your limit should be sufficient unless you wanna keep reloading a couple days after youve cashed out.

in fact, id bet that most of the "online is rigged", "curse of rakeback" or "curse of the cashout" guys probably dont practice very good br management. im only a marginal player at best, but ive been playing with the same deposit for close to a year and have created quite a nice br in that time.
