#1 Posted: 5/5/2012 9:30:24 PM Bode won't go I am sure. Rags needs an aggressive jock. Leparoux is soft. Just an awful ride.

#5 Posted: 5/5/2012 11:20:48 PM Maybe the horse just likes to find trouble. Just about every one of Rags' races he doesn't get a clean trip.

#6 Posted: 5/6/2012 12:18:47 AM Leparoux rode IHA back in NY when he cam in 6th by 19 lengths..........he wins the derby with a different jockey. I do not like Leparoux & would never have him on my horse. If I was Matz, he wouldnt ride for me anymore..........then again, Rags doesnt have the forward speed like IHA........... |

I thought you were a better capper than this. You make it sound like Leparoux lost the race. The kid that won the race today rides on the S Cali circuit and rarely wins. Happy for him but he still will never make the top 5. Maybe at Fairplex. |

#20 Posted: 5/14/2012 12:28:52 AM Steve Crist DRF: In the last 50 years, horses who finished second in the Kentucky Derby
are only 2 for 35 in the Preakness Stakes. This seems worth mentioning
in a year when the Derby runner-up, Bodemeister, is the likely
morning-line favorite for the Preakness.
