#3 Posted: 5/3/2012 6:24:11 PM Wheel longs underneath. Good approach The money will be all over the board. Fav in this race will be like 4-1. Very playable race. 5 throw outs. 5 fringe players(16 post out almost impossible to win from there). Easily 10 horses that could win this race!GL |

#4 Posted: 5/3/2012 6:27:55 PM I Have to see how the odds shake out. I will definitely be playing multiple horses to win and exotics. Take Charge Indy is impeccably bred and has a live jock. |

His trainer has done an excellent job with him pointing towards this race. He has the experience over this track and is training great. He also has the running style for the Derby. Getting a good trip from this post is my only concern on him. I also know from inside info that Daddy Nose Best is peaking as well and he won't be the first Derby or Oaks winner coming from Sunland Park. I think you can wheel UR first and second in all your exotics and hopefully find the long shot that runs in the money for a good payout.

#7 Posted: 5/3/2012 8:38:40 PM I also think, IF your balls are big enough, you can leave out Bode only because he will be pressed the whole race. I know he is a bad behind but I think it's a good move. |

#8 Posted: 5/3/2012 9:19:24 PM If there are any horses to key it would be Union Rags and Gemologist. I don't like Bode at all. I think he gets eaten up here. Horses to watch are Take Charge Indy, Dullahan, Daddy Knows Best and Hansen. |

#9 Posted: 5/3/2012 10:09:58 PM Pucku, I will never tell anyone how to bet, but 3-10-11 won't hit the board and don't offer any value.

I didn't even know you knew what that word means considering you are the original chalk eating weasel. You're taking the favorite and have bets on 9 horses in the race and you and are going to tell people what value is? I know you're in your glory right now because newbies are showing up that don't know how insanely ridiculous you are so you actually have someone to talk to....but you have no intelligence to talk someone off a horse |

#13 Posted: 5/4/2012 7:42:36 AM THis is not going to be like the Fla Derby.Zero chance Take Charge Indy gets clear lead and goes coast to coast.Auto throwout in my opinion.I agree with a few other people in here that Rags is the best gorse but the trip and ride will be important for any of the portential winners and as stated there are many that can win it. |

#14 Posted: 5/4/2012 10:09:11 AM Everybody likes Take Charge Indy just bc he beat rags in the Fla Derby and Borel is on him...
I was at the FLa Derby...El Padrino boxed Rags on the rail, he didnt get a good trip.
There is a reason that UNION RAGS has never been more than 9/2....He is the best horse in the field... |

I haven't made a bet yet, but my opinion is that those four will not finish in the money.

The 5 usually breaks wide while the inside 3 stay to the bottom. Give any trainer their choice on where to start and they will tell u the 4 hole. |

I live in montana....went to the offtrack betting parlor and they had a sign up that said no offtrack wagering on the Derby via orders of the govenor. Unbelievable.
Union Rags was a wheel killer. Good horse...tough run. |
