gasquet won the first set 6-1, then had opportunities to get the 2nd...once he lost the 2nd, he went away...he has no mental fortitude though murray played well from what i hear....4-5 for the tournament
2 quarters today...will take both handicaps very small
Del Potro +4.5 games +120 vs Federer (quarters)
Tsonga +6.5 games -120 vs Djokovic (quarters)
small plays as both dogs had to play yesterday to resume their matches...also taking moneylines |

#78 Posted: 6/5/2012 8:20:16 PM bad luck..both semis went 5 sets...tsonga/djokovic was a classic...tsonga had 4 match points and couldn't convert any of them...djokovic ran away with it in the 5th 6-1 and i lost the handicap by half a game, one of the worst handicap losses ever...you never expect a match to go 5 and lose a dog handicap
federer came back from 2 sets down to delpo and we have a rematch of the semi last year, which was djokovic's last loss at a grand slam
i will go with murray tomorrow...i know about ferrer's clay exploits but i am surpirsed by this line...murray played well after the first vs gasquet
nadal should beat almagro
Murray +170 & +3.5 games +120 vs Ferrer (quarters)

Murray has screwed me so many times in the quarters onward it is hard to trust him. However, he was absolutely dominate last match after the first set. Can he keep it up? We shall see.

#82 Posted: 6/8/2012 8:17:18 AM thanks fellas
after a decent start to the French, it looks like a losing French and year for me in tennis
i took Nadal -7.5 games and to win 3 sets to 0 in the early semi...
in the late semi i will play some Fed early and maybe take Djokovic in play if he becomes a dog
Federer +170 and +4 games vs Djokovic (French Semis) |

#83 Posted: 6/15/2012 9:33:14 AM Gery Weber Quarters:
Raonic +285
Federer not to win 2 sets to 0 -105
i also played kohlschreiber +4.5 and +600 vs nadal and he is up in the first set
it is very tough to go from clay to grass within 3 days which is what nadal is trying to do...he just won the french on monday and is playing on grass 2 days later...federer had to play the semis on friday while raonic presumably has been training on grass since he was knocked out by monaco |

#85 Posted: 7/6/2012 12:04:45 AM Wimbledon Semis:
Federer Djokovic...djokovic heavily favored, but first time meeting on grass...if federer is to win another slam, it will be here
Murray Tsonga...i'm on the bottom half to win the tournament, think murray gets to his first wimbledon final here
took the day off to trade these matches, should be a sick wimbledon semis
Federer +220 vs Djokovic
Murray to win Wimbledon +450

fed beat nole...fed had played nole 26 times and never on grass until the semis of wimbledon 2012....fed has never played murray on any other surface other than hard courts in their career, which murray leads 8-7
unbelievably fed can take over number 1 and tie sampras for consecutive weeks at number 1 by beating murray in the final.... or murray gets a wimbledon title, something a british player has not done in 70+ years
if you have murray futured to win wimbledon, as i do, i would put some on fed prematch to assume no liability but that is all i would not green out...because if you have made no bet before the title, i love murray at these odds of +175 to +185...murray will get a ton more balls back than djokovic did in the semis...murray moves much better on grass than djokovic....fed will have to paint lines on the serve as he did in the semis to beat murray...i think fed will make too many errors in the end..could be an epic match, seats going for $40k
this could be the time for murray, should be a good match to trade
Murray +4.5 games -110 vs Federer
lendl never won wimbledon despite getting to the finals a couple times, murray could do it for him |

#88 Posted: 7/7/2012 11:58:40 PM fed is the greatest player of all time, he was born to play tennis...he will go out and play some tennis that people marvel at (enjoy fed, we will never see anybody like him our lifetime) but he has not been able to back up his big wins with another (he hasn't won a slam since aussie 2010) |

#90 Posted: 8/14/2012 12:41:39 PM hi guys...been busy lately, haven't been around
went to toronto last week..saw djokovic vs haas in grandstand; pretty cool getting so close to the action as grandstand you are right on top of the players compared to stadium court
already late today as the match has gone off but i took nalbandian to beat haas...haas has played so much tennis recently as he got to the final 2 weeks ago, then lost last week in the quarters
on a similar note, i will take raonic to beat gasquet tonight...gasquet looked gassed vs djokovic in the final, can't see him beating raonic
Raonic -140 vs Gasquet (Cincii 1st round) |

#92 Posted: 8/15/2012 1:30:05 PM Raonic wins in straights...could've got him at plus money before the match went off
i don't think there is any way that nole can win cincii after winning toronto and coming from london...i would bet against him every match
nadal has pulled out of the us open |

#93 Posted: 8/17/2012 12:44:07 AM Quarters Cincinnati:
1st match 11 am: Chardy +225 vs Delpo
2nd match 1 pm: Cilic +625 & +5.5 games v Djokovic
3rd match 3pm: Raonic -160 vs Wawrinka
4th match 7pm: Fish +625 & +4.5 games vs Federer
delpo would usually crush chardy but delpo is not hitting his bh and chardy won in straights getting here
as i mentioned above, i'll bet against nole going forward because he has played a ton of tennis and i think a long match could take him out
don't like the line but raonic looks good, will play him small b/c i'm a homer
think fish/fed could be a great match
will be working, then out so won't be able to watch any of the quarters unfortunately...but i'm trading the weekend |

i think berdych stands a chance vs federer...he has beaten him at wimbledon, he was up 2 sets to 0 at him in australia a few years back...berdych is 1 guy that if he is on can hit right through fed...i don't think he wins this match but he i think it will be closer than the odds suggest
Berdych +5.5 games (-110) vs Federer
also playing Berdych +450 |

i think tipsarevic stands a good chance vs ferrer today..he does have a disadvantage in that he has had to be on court 3 days in a row because of the rain..this match will have long drawn out rallies and could very well be a 5 setter
in the evening match, i expect djokovic to roll but i will watch and look to put a wager in play
Tipsarevic +5 games (-110) vs Ferrer
also playing Tipsarevic +240 |
