What sport are you betting? If its NBA then no wonder...its the worst time of the year with the tightest lines. If its MLB then go back and look at the bets you have made and try to figure out why you liked that side in the first place. Was it because of the starting pitcher, a relief pitcher giving up a run...etc You can easily find mistakes in your betting and fix those. Betting is systematic and when you follow the system it takes the gambling risk down a bit. When you can find a pattern you follow it. Sure you will lose a few games here and there but it will pick back up.
Another thing I can suggest is to not follow touts or handicappers. I have never bought a pick and wont. There is plenty of free information out there and I use it daily. If you need resources PM me and I'll show you what I use.
This is a forum and we are (or atleast should be) here to help each other out.
