I can't believe I took Boston Celtics -7. Back to 0 again they might not even win and they may join the Bruins if they don't look out.

My 1 game streak is still alive at this point with OT but I need the Celtics to get on a huge run. Maybe Dwight will foul out.

I'm at 3 and I was wondering if I should take Over 6.5 for the Phillies and Marlins. Roy Halladay and Josh Johnson are starting which makes this tough but Halladay has been struggling but so has the Phillies offense. However Halladay has the potential for a 9 inning shutout. This is most likely a faded pick because of the lure with that low line with 2 tough pitchers.

By the way the current leader (panamericana at 15) has made 7 picks above the -130 line. http://contests.covers.com/sportscontests/Survivor/profile.aspx?userID=265589

I haven't gotten a correct pick on the 1st of the month since November. That's 7 months in a row that I've lost on the 1st, which has discouraged me for the remainder of the month. The Giants couldn't even get 2 runs against a weak Rockies pitcher. I wanted to pick the under but it wasn't available at the time I picked this game.

First I lost my 4 game streak on the only Atlanta/Arizona game in that set that failed to go over. Then I took over 9.5 with Texas/Milwaukee and the score was 6-2 Brewers after 5. I went like yes only 2 more runs this is a win! And the score stays 6-2 through the next 4 innnings and I somehow lose. This is the 3rd time I have taken over and have lost because these stupid teams scored less than 2 runs in the last 4 innings. I'm cursed in this game for sure!

Just started playing recently and have only managed a 2 game streak as well.  Just got my second game in a row again tonight.  Both games I picked the Mets over the Orioles.  If I can pick them tomorrow I may do that again.  Pelfry (8-1) vs. Millwood (0-7).  Or maybe Strasburg's game will be a choice as well.

I have Over 9 in the Nats Orioles game. It's 6-3 after 6 but getting those clinching runs have been tough to come by in the past. I hope someone scores in the last 3 innings so I can get back to 2.

7-6 Orioles final in a classic Nats collapse. Nice win for my pick but the DC team is finding more ways to lose.

I'm trying to decide from several Over/under choices.
St. Louis/Kansas City Over 9.5
Detroit/Atlanta Over 9
Yankees/Dodgers Over 8.5
Cubs/White Sox Under 9
Colorado/Angels Over 9.5
-------------------------------------
If not for the game hiding the Over/Unders in games with a big favorite I'd consider Seattle/Milwaukee Over 9, Boston/San Francisco Under 8.5, Cleveland/Cincinnati Over 9.5. All 3 of those games are in the range (-131 to -150)that don't appear on survivor but would appear in ultimate race if it were going on now.

I took Over 9 (Tigers @ Braves) because both pitchers have high era's.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I should have taken the Yankees/Dodgers Over it's 4-4 in the 3rd inning and is now assured of going above 8.5. The Tigers/Braves game was scoreless for 5 innings and ended 4-3 with the bases loaded and had a 3-2 count. ALWAYS BAD LUCK ALWAYS THE WRONG CHOICE!
As the title says, I will NEVER be good on survivor. My average streaks are 2.

It figures that the Storm just missed the spread and the Mets lost again. Alright UNDER 9.5 Reds @ Phillies.

The Reds just tied the Phillies 3-3 in the top of the 9th after it was 2-1 after 7. If this pick loses (goes over 9.5) I am going to quit covers survivor FOREVER!

Now I picked Winnipeg -6 over Toronto and it was -11.5 for some people and they not only didn't cover the spread but lost out right to possibly the worst team in the CFL on their home field. They did not score at all in the 1st or 4th quarter. That's it I AM QUITTING COVER SURVIVOR! I have had it with ALL these right picks losing. Never again

Oh and this was the 2nd time a game was fixed that briefly had a reduced line. Last NBA season their was a game between the Wizards and Heat and the spread was at 0 and I picked it for ultimate race and later it was moved to Miami -7 and somehow the Wizards won and it's their only win against Miami in their last 8 head to head games. Now Toronto who had no chance to win was fixed to win so no body would get the easy victory. FIXED GAMES

I know what you guys are saying. I had it all the way up to 11 and then I made the ultimate mistake of betting on my hometeam. Slam !! Now I`m up to 3 and a nervous wreck as if I`d bet a `G` note. Anyway, thank God Nfl season is almost here. Touchdown !!
