#5 Posted: 5/2/2012 1:08:53 PM Longshot Play of the Day:
Race 9 Bemont
#3 Jolienne (20-1) for Juan Carlos Guerrero ... former Parx juiceman serving a 10 year ban for "assault"... even though he was never charged.
Watching this guy closely in NY. Claims horse off Contessa for 7500, horse wins. Steps up to 15,000 and the horse gets crushed. Now he gives her 6 weeks and steps up the ladder again to run for 20,000. If I can get anywhere close to 20-1, I'll key this one front and middle in the trifecta. Definite WPS bet.

Race 7 #12 So Much Love (5/2) This one has burned money in the past, but gets a strong turf rider in Bejarano in this one. Kitty Wine's big Beyer on March 3rd looks iffy after she was beaten at Keeneland and the 2nd place runner in that race also failed odds on at Keeneland. Warm Hugs is also logical but they can't seem to figure out her running style. If I can get 5/2 on the #12 it will be a sizable win bet for me.
