Watched him play at Hazeltine back in '08 PGA, Ryder Cup team, etc.  Golf Channel would hype him as one of the stars, and now I have to think on the verge of losing his card.  Dead last and no doubt a withdraw coming at Valero.  Wow Golf can be cruel.

you have to have more than a chokedown cut to compete consistently on the PGA tour...  IF you have ever seen him attempt to hit a draw it is comical... He is still VERY VERY young... he has a lot of time to develop his game and Nike will always support him with instruction/sponser exemptions... He can get there but he needs to totally reconstruct his game...

Valid points ADC... but you have to throw in there the need to  layoff the "sex, drugs, and rock & roll"...

pobably even more serious for AK than the lack of a draw.

I see PGATOUR.com contributor is a fan of Covers.com.

I remember watching him at Hazeltine a few years back at the PGA and he flat out bothered me with the holier than thou body language and attitude.  Had the hottie on the ropes all dolled up, he talks about an entourage, talk about a kid who wants the celebrity lifestyle but not the work, wrong sport son.  This probably could not happen to a better person, hope it humbles him enough to come back.  Or next season it is Nationwide, and when was the last Top 5 finisher at Augusta and Ryder Cup teammate to play the Nationwide?

If you guys even had a clue how much he parties. I am not a late night guy as I have "Settled" down. But he is out all the time. A buddy of mine was his "Assistant" but said they ended up just going out and partying. Paid this kid a ton of money to make sure AK new where he had to be all the time.
