#1 Posted: 7/29/2012 8:01:24 PM I've been taking it for a little while now. I got paranoid taking all the supplement crap (all basic over the counter stuff) and going out drinking on the weekends. Figured a liver supplement couldn't hurt. Any opinions or personal experiences? One of my buddy's talked to his dr b/c he too likes to lift and loves to drink (like everyday) and his dr recommended it and said there isn't really any negative implications only positives. |

#3 Posted: 7/31/2012 7:12:25 PM Drink alkaline water instead. PH of 8.5. Intense hydration and antioxidants. 2 bucks a gallon.
You can get away with murder on it. |

Cd, little water/juice shop here in Southern California. There ionizer about is a 4k machine. I just bring in any container and they fill it for 2 bucks a gallon which is very cheap.
Seriously guys, find the water, drink a full glass and get back to me. The immediate hydration is amazing, not to mention the antioxidants an health benefits. Feels like I have an unfair advantage over others that train hard. People just don't know about this water. |

#7 Posted: 8/1/2012 2:46:09 PM ......Also, keep the water away from direct light and drink all of it in a span of 3 full days. Otherwise the PH level will drop and you'll be drinking regular 7.0 ph water..
I've heard GNC sells it by the bottle. Unless they fill it in front of you I don't how they can verify the PH level.
Worth looking into though if you want to try a sample. |

you need to study physiology and biochemistry and then you would know that your body maintains a very constant PH, through respiration and renal excretion. The body maintains this narrow ph range, to ensure life . You can't change it by what you eat or drink. You can't test it other than by arterial blood analysis, yes arterial blood sample from femoral or radial artery to give a reading of blood gases and ph.
Only illness can change the ph
Respiratory Acidosis Respiratory Alkalosis
Metabolic Acidosis eg Diabetic KetoAcidosis Metabolic Alkalosis
The only cause of an ingested causes of Metabolic alkalosis which is hens teeth rarity is milk-alkali syndrome, where a person with severe peptic ulcer drinks vast quantities of milk and antacids containing bicarbonate, never seen a case but the milk alkali syndrome is documented in medical text books.
Seems like you have been reading garbage from self proclaimed health experts, saying rubbish about body ph and how you can test it yourself and how you can modify it by diet. Garbage. Period.

El Segundo and Ocean gate. Right there in the LA Fitness parking lot on the west end. Little place called juice and juicer - something like that. The name is so ridiculous I can't remember. Just look for a red sign that says juice.

#15 Posted: 8/8/2012 7:05:32 PM BMA posts good information. Toying with your body and the PH level can be tricky if you drink this alk water all the time. I drink occasionaly for a full day or so to get max hydration and clear out Budweiser toxins. Use it as a supplement with good water drinking habits is wise. |

BMA-
You should stick to pretending you are a TMZ reporter and just continue posting pictures of celebs at the beach and at movie premiers. You suck at pretending you are a condescending physician. Slow day in the gossip world?

Right next to Hawthorne High? I have a house I rent to my nephew right around the corner. I have worked out at that LA Fitness (Think it was a Bally's at the time) a few times with him. Small world.
