I think you are fine with what you eat. As long as you loose weight right. 5 kg already, that is great. 

Always nice to see the scale go down :D

Disagree.  Ultimately it is about the quantity of calories.  But the reason quality if important is because it allows you to eat the right amount while still being satisfied.  If you eat the wrong stuff you need to eat a lot more to be satisfied and ultimately it will fail.

Big salads with lots of veggies works for me.  Romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots, red and green peppers and a little feta with lite balsamic vinaigrette.

i think everyone's body is different...that being said ive found when i cut sodium almost completely, i'm not thirsty and i loose whatever bloat i may have had

diet is a lot of greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, ground turkey, grilled chicken, and veggie steamers

that being said, i eat a lot more when i run as opposed to doing a normal weight workout

awesome job man. i think you havedone great if you have dropped 20 lbs most of that has been fat . we dont have that much glycogen in our bodies. most men including weight lifters have only 500 grams of glycogen in our livers and muscle cells. that is about 1 lb. keep up the good work man
