Anyone following this show on discovery. I watched the 1 season and found it very entertaining.

Now they are looking for the mother lode in a new place in Alaska.

Season 2 started yesterday, but there is 2 episodes to watch. An offseason full episode and then the 1 episode aired the 28 october.

Yes it has great entertainment value to see the darn up. I do like when they find some gold though. I want them to hit the jackpot sometime..

Saw it for the 1st time last night. Now I've got it scheduled on the DVR.

I'd say the Hoffman's are pretty wealthy right now based on their airplane etc. I also found it pretty interesting how friendly & helpful people in Alaska are to each other....

Did you watch first episode of season one or two?  You should also watch season one, that was entertaining to say the least.

I do not like the progress (or lack of ) for the Hoffmans. I think their second season will end in failure again. They are already 3 weeks into the season.

Why wouldnt they go back to the same hole as last season?  They were so close to hitting it big.

Dakata Fred bought the claim and kicked them out of their lease. The Hoffmans had forgot to pay the former owner so their lease was terminated.

Todd Hoffman is a person. How do you forget to pay the lease on your honeyhole that showed so much promise? I'm surprised the crew didn't kick his behind. Even a 16 yr old kid has found more gold this season than the Hoffmans.....

i like this show but they try to make it waaaay to dramatic...everytime theres an argument or a machine slips up they try and make it seem like their season will be ruined and they will make no money...the show needs less bs and more content(like actually finding some gold would be nice since thats what the show is supposed to be about!)

Dorsey is just a whiner. The way he behaved in the first season you wondered who cut his balls off.

its such a boring show, horrible.

I hope for Todd Hoffmans sake this is scripted cuz he comes off as a dumb darn.

What does Todd Hoffman do? I have never seen him fix a machine, drive a machine, Just stands saying I think there is gold here..

and if i hear the garbage like they are losing money, i am pretty sure all these fools are getting paid by discovery channel for having a show

jesus friggin christ. will they ever start friggin mining? how much longer can this fucktard of a producer drag this soap opera out before something actually happens? nobody gives a garbage about any of these idiots, all we want to see is mining and if they make any money. could care less if they all fell off the face of the earth, they are all about as interesting as cardboard. they should show that one canadian guy and his giant mine where he gets like 200 oz a week instead

Ya that would be cool. Those profitable ones probably don't want to give away the trade secrets for some peanut-size TV contract. I wanna see somebody make some loot too!!!!!!!!
