Yeah the funny thing was I was defending the guy in his forum even asked you guys to vouch for him which alot of guys did. He had 48,000 views in a week. We gave him the exposure he needed to do what he did truth be told. Then he gets himself in trouble for adding the Twitter link. So when he goes on Twitter he starts tweeting about how he's losing. His people are trying to console him. Then he stops communicating with me completely. I don't have time to be following what everybody's record is. I'm trying to cover my own self. So when people ask how he's doing I only knew what he was tweeting. So now when he goes off on me and says I'm spreading lies I go to his twitter account and he's deleting all the tweets. So now I find the tweets and tell him just because you delete a tweet doesn't mean it goes away. Because he is basically denying that he tweeted he was losing. Well why did I say that because now I'm the anti-christ according to him. So I'm like wow dude are you serious? That's probably why I feel low on energy today. Going back and forth with this guy that I thought was cool and he's turned into some paranoid hypocrite but some people called it that way. I just didn't see it. But one thing I learned is eventually you will find out who the real person is as situations evolve. Oh well Vaya con Dios!

Do you smell that? Well that's the smell of the slow burn from Crushalot and his troops. They have quietly but steadily made their way towards the outskirts of Captown. Crush is taking a note from Trax's book by going the stealth way. But he sent word out today that they are indeed on their way to Captown. Crush is no stranger to this journey. Already he is in the All-Star Hall of Fame having compiled a 18 game win streak just last year. This is  2nd highest among active $25 Dime Club members. Only Whitesmith and new recent member MRJLX have matched or have gone higher as is the case with Whitesmith whose highest is 20 games. We will keep an out on Crush as he makes his way through the familiar territory. Keep riding Crush! Keep Riding!

O7 Cards I like these wins early in games! yay

Did a rare NBA 4pt Teaser, SPURS -4/U197.5.

Books did same stuff game 4 vs utah, jacked line to 8pts only to have spurs fall short of covering by 2 i believe.

Crush,I thought maybe some offensive falloff with kemp out,but their doin allright. Almost did kershaw last nite but didnt, was a decent price.

Cards pitching is heading downhill after their hot start. Keep this in mind, they've been goin over the total a lot lately.

Venezuela baby! More Miss Universe's from Venezuela than any other country. I rank it right up there with Brazil! I give Brazil the slight edge  because of the variety and Brazil has more African blood than Venezuela which just makes it all the more exotic. But make no mistake I love South of the Border baby!

LOL you better not say that because you will be on his garbage list like me. Didn't you know all his records are all there in full detail on his blog. LMAO. Some people take this stuff way too serious. I mean I love it but it's a diversion for me.

Speaking of diversions. I opened a new thread specifically for the purpose of pissing contests. You know when you go on these forums and guys are going back and forth about who is the better capper and all that crap. Well now I have the battle forum http://www.covers.com/postingforum/post01/showmessage.aspx?spt=79&sub=101349468&page=1 it's a place you can go and settle all disputes. The only rule there will be whatever you agree on you have to honor it. Whether it's a six pack of beer or a trip to Miami. Whatever you agree to you must honor. The Battle Forum. We already had a guy challenge the Cover Experts to Battle. Of course they haven't responded but I'm sure as the word spreads where you can go to battle we should see some fireworks jumping off. Too bad Czech has been banned permanently or I would have taken him to the Battle Forum just for shits and giggles. So when you see people polluting a thread with back and forth arguing or the haters going off on somebody tell them to take that stuff to the battle forum and settle it.

Good question. I don't think so honestly but you would have to research that for sure.

LOL

My problem is I take people at face value when I meet them and unless they give me reason to think otherwise I don't think about what they're agenda is. This guy obviously had an agenda from Day 1. I truly believe he has multiple accounts because I have notice quite a few people from Florida being banned lately and they're MO is very similar to his.

Oh,  I have a feeling that he has been on Covers before a few times...  He sounded very familiar.  That's why I asked,  "who is this masked man?"  But like you said,  lot of information running through here,  which isn't a bad thing.  I soak it all in and hope it helps me along the way.

I thought this thread was about strategies in streak survivor?

the first couple of picks I've done was gut feeling picks. when the streak gets longer to hat/hoodie level... then I used the matchup pages to help decide the picks.

in the end.. you could have all the information or none of the information... either one works.
b/c everybody needs luck sooner or later in the streak.

The $25 Dime Club is about Strategies and more. That's why we have lasted so long. We support each other win or lose. We have shared many strategies on this thread and no doubt there will be many more that come forth. But as you have accurately stated at some point luck will play a role in anybody's streak.

CRUSH MAKES HIS MOVE TOWARDS CAPTOWN!
Crush and his troops have broken camp and started the initial phase of invading Captown. Crush is counting on the arm of Gio Gonzalez and the Washington Nationals to successfully land on the outskirts of Captown. Good luck Crush and may the Force be with you.

BAY AREA BASH BROHTERS BASEBALL LEAGUE
________________________________
BLUE CRUSHERS CRUSH CHAMPIONSHIP TAKE OVER 1ST PLACE!

The Blue Crushers crushed the Championship 10-3 to take over sole possession of 1st place. The Crushers take over 1st because the Green Smokers and Always 2nd Place battled to a 6-6 tie. It's the 2nd tie in a row for Always 2nd Place. The Crushers were led by SP Clayton Kershaw who went 2-0 with 10 K's and allowed 0 earned runs. Amazing. The Crushers appear to be one of the more solid teams in the league at this early stage.
_______________________________
STR8BALLIN CLOBBERS CALIFORNIA BEARS 9-4!

The California Bears suffered their 2nd beatdown in a row. This time at the hands of Str8ballin Onusuckas. The Bears despite hitting for a .504 Sluggin Pct were victimized by horrible pitching and injuries. Bears GM Booyahz has promised heads will roll if the team doesn't start to perform up to expectations. The Bears wont have to wait long as they will face the suddenly struggling Fireballs this week. The only bright spot for the Bears was 1b Paul Konerko who hit .624 for the week on 2 HR's  and 4 RBI's but then Konerko got beaned which pretty much symbolized the Bears week.
________________________________________
SHANKS DESTROYS FIREBALLS IN HISTORIC BEATDOWN 11-0!

The Fireballs suffered their first shutout in team history. The unthinkable has occurred for the Fireballs who looked like they were putting it together before this thumping. They were several categories that could have gone either way but the bottomline is the Fireballs stunk up the joint and couldn't answer the call to fight.  Despite the thumping the Fireballs did managed to get a season high 6 saves and their overall pitching was decent. But the Fireballs simply couldn't handle the fire of the Shanks who seem to have a history of putting it on the Fireballs despite being a perennial cellar dweller. If only Shanks could play the Fireballs every week they would be world beaters. To add insult to injury the Fireballs lost 2 key players RP David Robertson and SS Emilio Bonafacio. That lost puts the Fireball closer to the cellar than to 1st place.

                      STANDINGS GB
1. BLUE CRUSHERS ____
2. ALWAYS 2ND PLACE     2
3. STR8BALLIN ONUSUCKAS 2.5

All of my streaks are starting over today. Survivor, BTS, SFTC! That doesn't happened often for me but I think it's a good sign. Maybe I can pull a Bama and get 2 or 3 big streaks at once. Man I would be a basket case but it would be fun no doubt.
