Safari can't verify the identity of the website. The certificate for this website is invalid. You might be connected to a website that is pretending to be which could put your confidential information at risk. Would you like to connect to the website anyway?


Happens with IE and the computer is using Norton.
Very frustrating and it happens quite often. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to disable Norton and see if you still get the error.

sometimes, the server is busy on this site.  i get that occasionally, all it takes is wait a few seconds or restart your computer.
