#1 Posted: 4/29/2012 12:26:55 PM Yes, I am keying a horse in the Derby that I absolutely love. How would you play it. Win only, Exacta, Trifecta, Super Keys ? Should be around 4 or 5-1. Vertical or Horizontal wagers too ? Thanks

#5 Posted: 4/29/2012 6:09:46 PM When Big Brown raced in the Derby....he was the only horse I knew would finish and in what position. I put $100 on him to win and he won. I did not know how the others would finish so chose to do the win only bet.

#6 Posted: 4/29/2012 7:35:27 PM you could wheel him in the trifecta, super or the super-high five, as it is the same as a win bet, as the horse you like has to only win. |

Which thread will you bump after the Derby? The one where you said Union Rags, Gemologist, Hansen, Bodemeister, or Dullahan would win? |

#12 Posted: 4/30/2012 3:14:42 AM Also if you do like a key horse you should know how to bet it. Did you know that tracks offer things like the DD, pick 3 or 4. And even Yav knows about exactas and trifectas. Dude you are by far the worst capper and biggest idiot on this site. Plus your a stiff for those who don't know. |

I had Gem and Algorithms for the futures, but will wait until Thursday to post the winner.

You can start with placing a wager Fri on Kentucky Oaks for a double .If your horse wins Fri no need for win bet cause you will be alive in the double and now you can play him in Ex, Tri , Supers whatever you decide GL ever you decide but you will have a better idea after Fri. race

#17 Posted: 4/30/2012 1:19:54 PM Thanks Mikeycee. Yes, one large win bet would not be worth it. Exacta or Tri keys is what I am thinking. Yes, I will play the Oaks Double too.
