only record you have been part of in your life, is how many behind beatings you got to and from school. My guess its 10, 5 up and 5 back

And when are you gonna start sending people you sign up a 100 dollar check or gift card. Dont dodge the question. Why should others have to give up their pay and benefits, but you can sit here and say that you dont have to. Seriously what makes you so fuckin special? You are the covers king hypocrite. I could respect you if you gave back money from your pay, to help the consumer, then you can tell others to take cuts.  Leaders lead by example, pussies like you want others to do it.

I didn't answer it because the answer is simple:

My industry is not bankrupting cities and towns accross the nation. Thats a fact. And I already help people save money and you will just have to suck it up.

seriously are you brain dead? I said this has nothing to do with you saving anybody money. This has to do with how much money you are being paid, which is way to much to sell insurance. You can beat around the bush all you want, but the fact is insurance companies are making billions in profits because they indeed are charging the consumer way to much and yes insurance companies are bankrupting families, so stop living in denial.
Like i have said many time now jackass, quit opening your trap and saying other more dangerous occupations need to take pay cuts, while your lazy behind wont take one for sitting on your butt all day shuffling papers.

Here i will try to make this simple, so even a dumb guy like you can understand.
You working for your employer is exactly the same as a cop working for the taxpayer.  working at the insurance company make you an employee and being a tax payer makes you a employer.
So why is it you have no problem taking money from your employer, but when you are the employer{taxpayer} you dont want to pay your employees{the public workers} and instead want them to take pay cuts. That sure sounds like a hypocrite in my book.
also how can you even justify your salary compared to the job of a cop?  Your job and i dont care how much money you save your clients, should even be in the same ballpark as a cops salary. Over 75k a year for your job, is just way overpaid and if your gonna ask your employees{the public workers} to take a cut, then you should take a cut as well.
I would bet every cent i have, if your boss wanted to cut your pay, you would be crying bloody murder.
So really stop being a fuckin hypocrite and start being a man. Either lead or shut the hell up with your bullshit.
It really is gonna be a great day, when that bad karma gets shoved up your behind so far, you cant even speak  I just wish there was a way for me to actually see it happen, because i would pay big bucks to see a human crook like you get punished bigtime.

Whats the point of even arguing with you CD? I tell the truth and because you can't handle the truth you just call bs without warrant.

You can't take a defeat like a man. I'm confused as to why you act on this site with so much pride, but you have little to be proud of regarding your tactics. Thats the truth.

You have absolutely no clue how much I get paid, absolutely none at all. I get paid 7% to 10% commissions or 8 cents on the dollar. The more customers that see the light and switch over to my companies the more money I make. I certainly wouldnt make money if I weren't good at what I do because people absolutely want to make sure they aren't loosing any coverages by switching companies. You can call them stupid all you want but then you will be an ultimate hypicrite because on the other thread you said to lordspoint that you are the champion of the human race.

You have acted this whole time like I have some magnifcent salary. I might make about $50-65 bucks on the average home policy and $100-$150 on an auto policy.

If you made an attempt to be more intelligent you wouldn't make yourself look like such an behind.

you still keep talking about how much you save your clients, which has nothing to do with what i asked you. This has to do with your salary and how you shouldnt ask anybody in other occupations that you dont have a clue about those jobs, to take a pay cut. Thats just plain human decency, which by now everybody knows your not a decent human being anyways.
Can you really sit at your computer with a straight face, saying you are deserving of what you get paid, but others are lazy and dont deserve what they get paid. Sorry but thats just wrong and thats why i want to see a huge load of bad karma take you down.

Notice you also had no response about 14 people getting fired because of wearing orange shirts. Am sure you think thats just fine and dandy, because the owner should be able to do what ever he wants and the workers should have no right
even posted a new link for you, because you were to lazy to just copy and paste the first link i posted. bad karma is coming to your house, that you can bank on.

Actually, more bs from you. Because I did plan on becoming a cop and even graduated from the police academy. What good is it even to bring it up though cause you're sure to try and call bs like always.

Anyways I started attending the police academy before I got engaged and after I was held up at gunpoint my wife wouldn't let me pursue that career anymore and thats when I started working at Alcoa back in '95.

After some of my dead body investigations classes I took me 12 years before I could eat ribs again.

I digress.

See CD..the more you get to know about me the more it shows that your assumptions are completely wrong.

so let me get this straight. You take some dead body classes and cant eat ribs for 12 years.
Have you ever seen the charred remains of dead children, limbs severed in car accidents, including decapitated heads as just some things firefighter have to deal with. If it took you 12 years to get over what you saw in a classroom, how long do you think it takes for a firefighter to get over those things i mentioned and is that mental stress worth anything?

See my point and where am going. Even if i never was a firefighter, there would be no way i would ever want to see a firefighter or cop be asked to take a pay cut for the job they do. It just wouldnt come out of my mouth.

And as far as pensions go when they leave the job, no firefighter or cop should ever make more money or even close to their pay they made while working, in retirement. Pensions should be 50 percent of their base pay and thats it. Nothing should be added to the pensions to pad them and if they stopped just this one thing, ever pension system in the country would be saved. Cuomo was supposed to attack this problem and i give him some credit for addressing the problem last week and signing some pension reform, but he didnt go far enough. He and the legislators should have just passed a bill, that said nothing can be added to pensions. He reduced the amounts that can be added, but he didnt stop it completely and i was disappointed by that.

Another thing a bunch of you always attack teachers. I think your wrong in doing that and you cant put all the blame on kids not learning because of the teachers. Alot of the blame has got to go on the parents and just not raising good kids anymore.  When i was in school, the kids were afraid of the teachers, the same way the kids would be afraid of their parents when they did something wrong. Now the teachers are afraid of the kids and just dont want to learn and you can force them. Hell you cant even paddle a kid anymore. If i did something wrong in school, i would get paddled there and then i would get another paddling when i got home. This just happen anymore and kids today know they have the upper hand. Alot of the kids growing up today are way to spoiled, are useless and have no desire to learn anything. So alot of the blame really should be put on the teacher for the bad test scores and grades, they are fighting a losing game. I would probably be in jail after one day of teaching with todays kids.  Heres a good example of kids.  A few years back, we were doing some education job classes at a community center. The top 2 questions they asked us, was what time did they have to come to work and how much money we made. One kid after telling him out much we made laughed and said his cousin roy makes that in a day selling drugs. This is what teachers have to deal with, no thanks. Bad parents cause bad kids.  So to all you parents here, if you got a good kid, be thankful because they are becoming rarer and rarer.

CD I have really only called for pension reform, which you have as well.

All I have said about teachers is reward the good ones and fire the bad ones.

You are spot on with your analogy of parents these days. The parent system will likely never change thus we must have innovative ways to effect the lives of the kids given the current dynamics.

well at least we can agree on something.
100 percent for pension reform because in years down the road its gonna play a role in everybody being able to have a pension. Cities cant pay 1 dollar into the system and guys take out 3 dollars. The system is gonna go broke.

When i see states not changing this one simple rule, it blows my mind and i want to bang my head on the wall. If politicians stopped worrying about re-election and losing the votes, they would do the right thing and completely stop pension padding right now. They just wont do the right thing for society because the love their power and money from being a politician

My pension from Alcoa that I probably won't live to see will pay me $35 for every year of service. If they count my short term disability will be 14 years and change. $480 per month or so. I'm eligible for that in 2038.

good to see you guys finding a middle ground (I think anyways)  or maybe

I think for the most part we all want the same things for ourselves, our kids and our country. We may have different ways to approach it but in the end we all want what is best.

NOW, if we could find compromise here on covers then there is no reason we can't expect the same from Washington.

Thats my 2 cents for the day for whatever its worth

Carry on my Covers Brothers
