darn BESTBUY & THIS LAPTOP.
I too bought this online, but one factor - they wouldnt ship it. So I selected a store new-by (within 20 min), and the next day I rcvd an email saying sorry that store is out of stock, choice another.
I did, and this time guy had me driving 40 minutes to get.
That night they sent me another email saying sorry, that store too is out of stock call them to say what I want done. Of course I did, asked when it would be back in stock, they said within 7 days.. ok no biggy - great deal.
Then another email comes to me asking what I want done, WTF?? I just called and told the STONER CSR.
Had to call again, this time very knowledgeable female says no problem, we'll ship by EOW and you'll get email with tracking.
Week end - - Nothing.
I call back in and idiot proceeds to say they will never be getting this back in but could offer a $75 discount on any other laptop for inconvenience (that is after I forced him to ask his mgr).
He click, points, etc and after waiting 30 minutes he couldnt get the new laptop with discount processed "computer keeps freezing" --- REALLY???
I CURSED so friggin loud my neighbors heard (and I live on 4 acres)..
Thats my story about Best Buy - - PIECE OF garbage!!! I see their friggin ads and it goes in the trash, when this garbage BIG BOX story goes out of business, I will be out front applauding -
FU BEST BUY!!
