Alive to 4 in the Pick 4 but I'm going to play the 10th because I see some value.
#6 Sovereign Road has a shot IMO. There is plenty of speed in this race, even sub 22 at Mountaineer which is very fast for the track. Strung together 2 wins at Mountaineer last year off an extended layoff and just missed 1st off the bench at 12-1. From limited data, Trainer is 2-7 29% with >180 day layoffs with a nice ROI. Only shows 1 work, but at Mountaineer they can be working unnoticed anywhere so I don't put much stock in that. If the horse is ready this is the perfect race for him. Currently 19-1.
