He said that he told his guys to hit Bret Farve early, often, late it makes no difference. He didn't think the refs would call that many late hit penalities in the Superdome and he was right. However, the league office later came out and said the hit where Bret Farve was hit below the knee and late (all on the same play) should have been flagged twice and instead of a pick that lead to OT it should have been first and goal MIN. Of course there is nothing that can be done about it other than saying our bad but just shows that the Saints came in with the gameplan to break the rules anyway they can. To purposely injury Bret Farve. The whole bounty gate just is the tip of the iceburg. I honestly wish there was a dealth penality available for the NO Saints but instead they lose their head coach for a season and their defensive coordinator is fire. Wow but they got a Superbowl!

In other words, they were not as good as they appeared to look. As such, no team has gone on to win the SB the following year and most teams have regressed.
