Thoughts?

Will the Bears pull the franchise tag from Forte?

Whos is the back up in Chicago now Barber?

Will they release him or is he under contract?

Any Bears fans out there?

I personally think this backfield will be a handfull now.  I think Bush is a good goal line option for this squad.

Bears already franchised Forte.  Done deal.  I don't think they could pull it even if they wanted, which they won't.  They could extend him still, but Forte will be a Bear next season and Bush will be the primary backup/complement.  Barber is gonzo.  The one I'm not sure about is Khalil Bell.  I thought he was in their plans, might still be, not sure.

I like the move (unfortunately as I'm a Viking fan).  Gives them a lot of flexibility IMO.  Barber move was a bad one, but this one I like.

Good move, although Forte is pissed.

Leave it to the Raiders to let their leading rusher get away (977 yds) when they have so many draft picks to replace him (NONE in the first four rounds)..........

Don't know what Forte is mad about. Bears need a decent back for a guy that missed games last year. And the trivia answers that backed him up proved to be wanting, to say the least.......

Forte isn't mad about Bush.  It's just another opportunity to express his anger at not being offered a long-term deal he considers to be fair.

Raiders should go after Jacobs. He's got what they need and he needs a job.
