Are most of you guys really taking the points here? Maybe you haven't watched many of the women's games and the points look too enticing to pass up b/c ND beat all-mighty UCONN 3 times this season. That's well and good but it took one comment from Holly Rose in Sunday nights game and a look @ the last time Baylor played ND. Rose said something along the lines that Mulkey made Griner practice against the Baylor men and encouraged them to foul her to toughen her up...(i believe the BU men made the elite 8 and we're one of the longest teams in the nation) Griner went for 32 in the first meeting and 14 boards b4 these practices against the boys. She's the best women's basketball player ever...she's tougher, bigger, more aggressive and doesn't foul out. Taking the leprachauns is a mistake...Griner goes big tonight and ND's attempt to stop her allows Sims and Williams to go off.
If you're not sold yet notice the foul trouble teams get into trying to defend Griner...either she muscles you up and you foul or you let her dominate undefended. Good luck for you on the domers as you sweat watching the fouls pile up.
