#28 Posted: 11/1/2011 12:30:34 PM I do crossfit in my driveway/garage. Pull up bar, 3 sets of dumbbells, old recycling bin for box jumps (temporary sub), couple fold out chairs (also temp), medicine ball. Steal the workouts from my local crossfit's workout of the day on their website and adjust however I need to. It's obviously cheaper that way and may be less productive because of it, but I think it more than does the trick. In the 3 weeks or month I've been doing it, I've stayed sore. The duration of the workouts allow you to not invest a lot of your time while still kicking your behind. Perfect combo |

#30 Posted: 11/1/2011 5:35:23 PM Been doing it for about a month now. I agree with the part of it being hard to do in a gym. Hard to hog all those things that you need. I have been doing modified workouts from different websites and it is keeping me sore as well. Hopefully I get stronger to do some of the harder workouts completely. |

#31 Posted: 11/1/2011 8:07:25 PM I like the uscrossfit.com site. I used to do some of the crossfit.com workouts but some of them are just next to impossible for me.
I like to look at the sealfit.com workouts because those are just rediculous. I understand they are designed basically for Navy Seals and Special Ops guys. It's always nice to dream though. I actually had some success with doing like half to a 1/3 of the Sealfit workouts. |

#32 Posted: 11/2/2011 1:11:50 PM Ktrain - Checked out both sites. I thought uscrossit's workouts looked tough until I checked out the sealfit workouts. How does any human being legitimately finish those? Those are some unreal goals to reach for right there. |

#33 Posted: 11/2/2011 4:09:20 PM Sealfit is crazy. I guess if you have a lot of time and want to enroll in buds or ranger training its a great program to follow. I actually like taking some of the workout and modifying it to something I can actually accomplish. I do like workouts like their barbell complex and manmakers. |
