There are too many great albums IMO to say that one is better than any other.  Here are some additional ones that are amazing:

Ozzy Osbourne: Diary of a Madman

Pearl Jam: Ten

Scorpions: Love at First Sting

Alice in Chains: Dirt

Guns n Roses: Appetite for Destruction

Ratt: Out of the Cellar (DeMartini's guitar work is superb)
