As always, I am capping the line, not the matchup. My only goal is to beat the closing number by betting early before the market sets itself. If I do that consistently, I believe I will be profitable. Along with my units I will be tracking CLV (total units I have beaten closing line) and CLV Profit (actual units won or saved by betting early instead of waiting for the closing line).

Yesterday started out great with winners in the Yankees and Indians. Things fell apart at night though, with the Reds losing in extras, the D-Backs losing in the 9th, and the Brewers relinquishing a tie in the 8th. On to today, all played at open and posted in my Friday thread.

Indians have blown a 9-2 lead but I can't be angry with whatever happens there after what happened in the Stros-Marlins game. If it comes to it I'll gladly trade the +130 winner for the +160 winner. These things tend to even out though so I think I'm due to lose that Cleveland play. We'll see.
