Prospect Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 26 Location:	#1 Posted: 2/29/2012 6:27:02 PM I cant stand 5dimes they have great things to bet on ,but there customer service SUCKS ...i ask for the head Mgr,and they give me some guy name Tony ,,i ask to speak to him and they said he doesnt come to the phone you have to go on live chat ...first thing i can think of is he is a box and wont talk to anyone ...Guess what i was right ...just wAtch out for this company i have had nothing but problems with them

Their support staff is completely incompetent, and it is not at all surprising to hear one thing from one person and ten minutes later have someone else tell you the exact opposite.

That being said, what kdawgy said is spot on. Call up ten times and ask ten different people the same question and you'll get ten different answers. What's harder to figure out? 5dimes bonus rules or the secret recipe for Kentucky Fried Chicken. I make it a Pick em.

We have what!!! 10,000 plus member here, and NOBODY has given me another book that has -! lines in MLB/NHL and pays as good a 5dimes. I rest my case.......good luck with whoever you use.

I thought i finally found a place where everything was great ... until i waited until this past Monday to cash out part of my monies. I was just actually cashing some monies out to see if they would .. well .. pay and how hard it would be. they asked for more info....I sent it...then they approved and charged me 8.6% on the money I withdrew. Said it was no longer Monday. Kind of sucks... so I guess i will wait another 30 days and get the rest. its a shame because i really liked them ... but if they will push back a withdrawal on you and then charge you for th withdrawal... then I am sure they will do other things.
