Don't listen to Sleazy.......... he's in Ketosis............

You don't need Ketosis to drop weight.  Can do it a little slower and a lot more healthier.

Lean meat 24/7........... Sirloin is a good cut.... lean and tastes good.

Carbs are fine................ just be cool with them when trying to lose weight.

<75 grams when in "reduction" mode...... after that, it changes.  Your body needs carbs.

Complex............ which is oats.

For breakfast.......... Not processed oatmeal....... but RAW oats.......... over milk like cereal if you are dedicated.  I cut it half and half with cereal.

i can't do a 5k all run

if i don't count, i end up walking 1/2 of it

Chicken thighs (adobe) is 10x better than any chicken breast, CB is just to dry
