At 40 im done with trying to be social and make new friends...Its all younger crowd and that doesnt sit well with me at all. What can I say im 5 time bodybuilding champion....Im bitter,jelous, envyous and depressed....I hate how hot babes wear nothing to gym to show off...No place for that garbage in gym. Also same with guys showing off...This getting ready for bikini season/beach body is total bullshit. Again what can I say I got screwed by winning shows as everyone used my body which I worked soooo hard and long for and used it against me. Any one who wants top compete in bodybuilding I hope gets their behind handed to them as that happened to me. I wont help anyone out except family/coworkers and people who go to my church.
Which body part was weak? We all know it pre show.
Btw - the dudes that have sculpture and hard work in the gym wear whatever the darn they want, that's not show off bullshit either - it is raw concentration and focus, every pro or former pro knows it.
