Very simple.......

Let's shock them every 2-3 weeks but let's go ahead and get limber.

In meantime, one leg on the couch (behind you) and go ahead and do some one legged lunges.

Or some regular lunges..... with some weights.

ONE full speed sprint is good for now.

Full speed means full speed.

If havn't done a sprint in a while, then don't push it.  Do some 70% runs.  But the goal is to able to friggin sprint.

If trying to get serious, then heres the under 40 workout..............

1)  Heavy Sleds........... heavy

2)  High Rep Sleds.......... Give me a 100 HUNDRED reps.  Don't worry about the extension, let's work the "belly" of the muscle.

3)  Box Jumps and Bunny Hops

The Bunny Hops are a "complete" leg exercise

Works every single leg muscle and the core and balance as well.

Bunny Hops = jumping up and down one on leg for 20-30 yards.

This long range running is total crapola.

Fried likes to shock some muscles and then relax on the couch for a day or two.

No way running for 45 minutes.... that is retartded.

Running actually reduces muscles.......

My arms are puny enough.... I don't need excess cardio.

14.5" biceps

Running is retarded.......but I don't mind it, it relaxes me. And as weird as it sounds, it's almost easier to run for an hour or two than to run 3 miles......reason is psychology. When you run for a long time, you know you won't be done for awhile....anytime I've almost finished a run, I'm ready to quit and tired as darn. Doesn't matter if I've run 20 minutes or 2 hours.....once you build up your endurance you can run forever   Running the hills gets your legs looking pretty good.
