Round 11

Right hands by Wlodarczyk. He has Green a bit dazed and looking to hug. Wlodarczyk just keeps loading up right after right. Green doesn't have time to clinch, rocked by each right hand. When he hugs the ref makes him let go immediately. Wlodarczyk drives him toward the ropes, right hand cocked. DESTRUCTIVE LEFT HOOK, EXPLODES ON GREEN'S JAW!! KNOCKDOWN!! GREEN IS SPUN AROUND AND HUNG OVER THE BOTTOM ROPE!! OUT!

DANNY GREEN GOT KTFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry for the guys that tailed my plan on this.  There has to be more to this story when a line opens at -180 and goes to -ev.
Very odd.  All this movement happened in 1 week.

Green was clearly winning the fight (93-97, 93-97, 93-96 scores before round 10)  He was caught with a nice shot and game over.

This loss with less then 5 minutes left is not as bad as my loss on Bad Intentions against Froch.  I feel worse about this one since i was confident that the info i received was very VALID.
Best of Luck to you guys.  Will never post anything coming from a third party (tip, info)
time to move on from this one.

Thanks for the effort nonetheless. I feel fortunate that I was scared off by the line movement.

Green coat tailed the publicity that Choc Mundine generated for the past 10 years in Australian boxing. Only reason he came out of retirement was the hope of him having one last big payday with another fight against Mundine. But once Mundine decided to drop classes that was never going to happen

Good riddance to the Green Machine. He won't be missed

I am in no way trying to flame luckyluke but the theory that wlod was going to tank the fight did not make sense. he is 29, in his prime and a champion(albeit paper).

there is way more money for him to make if he were to win the fight than to lose it.

always follow the money.

100% False.

Pettis line tripled before he fought Guida.

All the money was on Cung Le the day of the Wanderlai fight.

Tons of money on Angulo when he fought Cintron, Margarito when he fought Mosley, Concepcion in the rematch with Tyson Marquez.  I could go on and on.

DO NOT always follow the money.  Steam loses too.

Case by case basis.

Fixed it for you. Boxing is a scam in general. I don't bet it just for that reason.

i dont think you understood me. follow the money as in hoya/sturm and most recently paq/marquez.

there was very little credence to the thought that wlod would lay down because if you "follow the money" you will quickly realize that wlod will make far more money by winning the fight as opposed to losing it. green might not be a household name but he is a name fighter.

i saw absolutley no reason, other than one that would be mentally psychotic, for wlod deciding to throw the fight as a young champion in his prime, especially against a 38-year-old fighter stepping up in weight coming off a tko loss.

none.

wlod has a name, belt and future. and he would throw a fight against green for what? 200k?

he'll make that in his next fight and then some.

follow the money.

You know why he would throw it for money?   1 out of many facts (and some i mentioned in the beginning)  He was paid $0 for his last fight.  All money was taken by his promoter that he owed money to. And thats a fact.  The guy tried to kill himself less then 6 months ago.

Did you even watch the fight?  He is in his prime??????
Green won first 5 out of 6 rounds if not all.  If he trained a bit better and had better stamina (hes much older) it would of been a cake walk with Wlodarczyk  throwing the fight or not

cotto won the first 5 out of 6 rounds against margo. perhaps if he "trained better" maybe it would it have been a cake walk for him as well. jt arguably won the first 5 out of 6 rounds against froch but maybe if he "trained better" he would have won too.

i am not trying to flame you here but the premise of your bet was that wlod was going in for a paycheck and was not going to fight(clottey/paq), something i did not believe in and pointed out on this very thread prior to the fight. when you realized that wlod came to fight you knew right then and there that the theory of your bet was flawed and you, therefore, lost whatever advantage/angle you had on the fight to justify your odds.

this is what handicappers refer to as a bad bet.

all i saw prior to this fight, other than wlod's debatable attempted suicide, was a career 38-year-old LHW fighter coming off a three and a half month KO loss going against a career 30-year-old CW champion whose only loss in the last nine years was a MD against formidable steve cunningham.

seriously, i am not trying to flame you and i appreciate everyone's input as i am just trying to find angles to win.

I admired before that if i never heard of the info that i received i would of not bed the way i did.  Win some lose some.  obv my info was wrong.

I am not here to prove anything to you.

Watch Cunningham vs Wlodarczyk 1 and 2
and Wlodarczyk vs Palacios (Wlod lost at least 10 out of 12 rounds)He lost all 3  --although received victories

If you are looking for angles i will give you one..  Work hard and save your money- treat throwing few bucks on a fight as a hobby.

Best of luck to you
