I swear everytime I want to make a deposit their visa processor is down. Something fishy is going on here. Other than that 5dimes is fine. Dont know another book that is easy to deal with.

it's not 5 Dimes; it's VISA that's the problem, their processing system connected to 5 Dimes...most deposits, withdrawals, are the responsibility of the CC company's used, however, the payout on winning tickets is strictly the responsibility of the book used...

I was not able to make a VISA deposit this afternoon neither. When I clicked the Cashiers>Deposits/Redemptions link, the Missing Personal Information box displayed and no VISA deposit option. I've deposited w/my VISA many times before.

I chatted with their Live Help and they told me deposit visa VISA will not be available in the near future. WTF?

Your credit card VISA is on to you! you do fully understand, When CC company's become aware that a card holder is using the CC to make illegal sports bets online (criminal offense) this puts them in the position as co-conspirator's, and they must react by stopping your involvement with this activity, and initiating policy that forbids the use of VISA for gambling, online or live

joanne12, wrong? about what? son? Ive been involved in the industry for 22 years and may I add 'professionally'  If you are in total denial that every sports wager made in the USA outside of the state of Nevada is a federal criminal offense, online, or live. and if you believe their is "any" CC company in the world that allows their holders to gamble on their CC you would have to be classified as mentally incompetent to even consider understanding my commentary that is based solely on fact, and documented prosecutions involving CC company's and gambling, with an emphasis placed on sports betting, it is you who is well over their head on your commentary, with no justification to back up your statements (your merely talking 'garbage' because you don't understand even remotely how an online/offshore book operates, and have no clear comprehension  in regards to VISA's policy  in regards to this activity) the only thing 'incredible' is your naiveness to the realities of using a credit card to place a bet on line. without a doubt the stupidest thing a serious handicapper could possibly do; please refer to the 14,783 convictions in 2010 alone, you can find all this information, and more, by going to the trade website: osga.com / Off Shore Gaming Association....In conclusion, "you are so wrong" please, I urge you to kindly explain, where you re' so correct! without even an explanation....I hope the value of an education has been bestowed upon you, and others who may share your naive attitude connected to CC and online sports wagering...

I have had a check from them bounce before too. I'm getting pretty sick of offshore books. Even the best options are no longer a solid option it seems.

sportsnetwork- Please don't tell me you're one of those monkeys that stand behind the counter in a race and sportsbook and call yourself a bookmaker. In your three posts in this thread, you have enough misinformation in there that it would take me all night to correct everything.

I'll start with post #6. There's no such thing as an illegal sports bet online. Making a wager with an online sportsbook that is licensed and chartered in a sovereign territory is perfectly legal. The US government wants sheep like you to think that it is. The US government has no authority over these operations. These sportsbooks can accept wagers from anyone anywhere. It's getting late. I'll correct the rest of your mistakes tomorrow.

wow! if anyone is a 'monkey' it appears to be yourself, you must be associated with an online book service, it's visible you opened a cover.com account to specifically answer to the realities of the truth; is this not your 'first' post? did you not 'just' open an account? regardless to say, my point was made, your talking in specifics to the 'book' the discussion is in regards to CC use in making a wager on-line. It's clear, your a very confused, naive, person, connected to the industry, who comes forward because someone as myself is giving correct, and honest information that is detrimental to the realities of sports on-line wagering in connection to credit card use; without a doubt, you are an 'alias' of joane12 created to specifically to coincide with the 'comfort' zone of the on-line book, "that everything is fine" when the majority knows; it simply is not. you do nothing more then talk in circles on your commentary, your intellectual ability to communicate is based upon immature concept, referring to childish behavior such as the term 'monkey'  and your reference to "standing behind a counter pretending to be a bookmaker" is asinine as it gets, don't waste your time or effort, because it's clear, you have nothing constructive to say, or you would have already said it, it didn't work in your joane12 (post) and it only re-enforced to the fact that it didn't work when you created an alias under your new screen name "nick69" in my world, we simply tell 'lames' like yourself, who sway public thought with bullshit, and negativity...go darn yourself....

I guess you were absent the day they covered complete sentences, capital letters and punctuation in 3rd grade English class. The UIGEA which is a joke of a law that isn't worth the paper it's printed on only pertains to financial institutions. The farce law says that banks and credit card companies can't "knowingly" process gambling transactions. That's why offshore sportsbooks, casinos and poker rooms use third party processors. That way it isn't considered a gambling transaction when it's processed and/or shows up on a statement.

If the US wants to pass moronic laws to stop an activity that about 100 million people want to do and will continue to do, then it's the bettors and the sportsbooks job to find ways around it. I will continue to bet offshore as will millions of other people. There's many ways to move money around. Some are just more convenient than others.

The only thing you've said so far that's correct is that credit card companies have a right to decline any transaction they feel is gambling related. That would go for banks as well. The next time you go into the Las Vegas Hotel, ask Jay Kornegay if he feels any shame at all the way he robs the bettors by charging -150 on a two team, seven point teaser in football.
