Here's the story: I absolutely love everything about gambling -- the research, the anticipation and watching the games with a little something extra on the line. The problem? I'm extremely bad at it. I'm not just talking about being in a slump, I'm saying that I have been gambling and losing consistently for the better part of the past 20 years.
When I bet my own games, I lose. When I follow people, they lose, too. I am a bookie's best friend.
With that in mind, my advice would be to fade everything I post. My Final Four selections:
**Kentucky (because perception I have picked up is that people think its going to be a dogfight because they're rivals)
**Ohio State (because from listening to KU coach Bill Self talk, he sounds like a man whose team maxed out just to get to the Final Four)
**Under on both games (because I have bet under on every NCAA Tournament game and over on ever NIT, CIT, CBI game with the theory being teams in the NCAA Tournament are playing all-out defense and shooters get tight under pressure).
There's my first entry. Fade me and you'll almost assuredly go 3-1.
