I know my way around a computer, and if I couldn't fix something myself, my other specialty of google searching would inevitably locate a solution.
This one has me stumped. No one ever hits this forum but it's worth a shot.
I have a Dell Inspiron 9300 at home. I also have a 19" dell flatscreen monitor for the dual setup that I had with my old laptop. I went to setup the same scenario with this laptop. The monitor connects the laptop. I hit the Fn+F8 thing and it'll switch right over to the monitor. The problem is it will only do one or the other. The Display/Settings stuff that normall pops right up with the options for 2 monitors doesn't even act that theirs anything connected. I want to be able to expand 1 computer across 2 screens. I have triend everything and am at a loss.
Any help would be appreciated.
Someone suggested updating my video card driver. How do I find out which one I have and where to download it??
