#6 Posted: 2/22/2012 5:48:00 PM I don't think you'll see too many start at 40+
Only OK State got that last year as they had a very powerful returning offense.
Texas, Florida, Ohio State, etc. will be around 34. They seem to be offensively challenged but great D's.
I think the rest will be around 38. Maybe USC, with all the returning players will make it to 39-40.
Of course with Urban Meyer, etc. they may get a bump but would anyone trust Florida or Texas to put of 50?
Can't wait for WEEK 1.

#7 Posted: 2/22/2012 6:35:27 PM Oregon does seem high, esp with that being Mahlzan's team.. . OU was only 35 pt fav to NM couple seasons ago to open up the year... Would think 28.5 or so would be opening..

#9 Posted: 2/26/2012 10:23:02 AM If Michigan gets 14pts against Bama then i will be all over that. All the new defensive guys will take some time to gel and playing against Denard Robinson to start the season could give them a huge headache. |

THE MOST EXPLOSIVE MAN IN AMERICA. No but seriously Denard sucks, Saban will use the same gameplan that shut down Tebow and will do the same to denard. Once you force him to throw the ball, Michigan is in a lot of trouble.

Line is already at 13 on 5 Dimes
could see this one crossing 14 before Kickoff
Tempting to take all those points hoping for a Hangover from the Championship
then again Shoelace could have a Day like he Did vs Miss St in the Bowl 2 years ago .... These SEC defenses are so Fast |

#17 Posted: 4/9/2012 4:52:41 PM @ 13 points, I honestly think I would take Bama. I'll wait for Fall to roll around, but I think Bama wins by at least 2 TDs. I really thought the line would open between 7-9.5, but I still think there is some value at 13. I mean giving Saban that much time to prepare for a QB who cant throw is unfair. Plus, Bama's offense is going to be better than last year. Bama is losing alot on D, but its not like 2010 when many of the new starters had almost no experience. This D will field alot of players who played some meaningful snaps last year. Bama wins BIG.... |

Local press saying Mora kicking behind at Spring practice. Sounds like he went bat sh_t more than a few times. It'll be interesting to see if the surfer boys respond.

A&M should be favored by no more than 4 pts. La Tech hung w/ TCU in their bowl game and returns their QB. Plus La Tech knows A&M's offense already by playing UH last yr, which took a miraculous 4th qtr comeback by Keenum to win @ La Tech. Plus, A&M has no Keenum on their roster...

I agree. They have a TON of talent coming back from a team that was rolling at the end of last season. They should drop 65+ on Hawaii.....Kiffin will show no mercy this year imo (even though hes an idiot). They have been trying garbage out because it really didnt matter. Now I think everyone is gonna feel the wrath...... |
