Bulls -11.5?? I saw them blow out the Bucks at the Bradley Center a few weeks ago...This is the play right??

yes should be ez cover . bulls are real tough without rose just to much with him the bucks won't  have much of a bench tonight bulls  -12 and under 191

Am I missing something here?  Bulls @home and only giving 11?  With my luck, all the starters will be resting last minute again.
