as for me, my elimination diet went very well. i know that's all i need. but i've digressed a little and have eaten too much sugar since then, although still not very much. this might help me get back to normal. plus, i think i missed a couple of things. i know gluten and sugar are a problem, but i think there's something else. likely dairy or alcohol. i don't consume much of either but i think the little i was consuming was causing some problems.
finally, i like to try difficult things just to keep myself mentally sharp. from a mental standpoint, i think everyone should try deprivation from time to time.
but in a week, i'll be back to my meat, eggs, vegetables, fruit and nuts standard diet.

I didn't even read this whole thread but this is some of the best logic I have heard in a while. Everyone should challeng themselves at some point if not for any other reason than just to do so. Kudos! |
