canosvp, you may or may not know that the end result is often the treatment of anger management often in a combo of group and individual therapy... which these guys have to pay for or tax payers pay the state to take their cut and then pay the county, that then takes their cut to pay an agency to provide the services at the cheapest price possible... The whole thing is a complete scam along with all of the court and possibly PO fees...
and you can probably surmise why vets might be targeted in the scam because the more you appear to look like you could hurt someone, the less chance you have of being treated...
