And, you're discounting the Euros, who play on different courses all the time (probably because such a large part of their schedule is many different national opens). In my book, if you can go anywhere, at any time and still do great - that deserves more credit, not less.

IMO they are both too good to be written off ( I assume u mean winning a major) They are both in excellent shape and golfers are performing better for longer than at anytime in history. Curious to hear exactly what you meant.

So there is a very strong argument for him. The way that Mcllroy has played recently though is amazing. So he also deserves a very strong argument. The rest of the filed is fighting for 3rd.
