#1 Posted: 4/23/2012 9:06:25 PM The Tour heads off to New Orleans this week for the Zurich Classic. TPC Louisiana is a beast measuring a bulky 7,425 yds. when stretched out. The greens are tough and undulating, therefore, proximity to the hole is a solid stat this week.
Good luck to all!!

#4 Posted: 4/24/2012 8:45:59 AM If they offer a line on John Peterson (NCAA Champ) from LSU playing on a sponsors exemption I will be hammering the dog garbage on the opposite side. He MC'ed at the event I was at. I wasnt impressed at all. His attitude is terrible and really he was a prick. He felt he was better than the rest of us playing for the 200k purse.
Not that I played great but beat him5 or 6 shots thru 2 days. |

Wow NW...that's impressive! When and where was this at?
They probably won't have any lines for him, but I will for sure be on the lookout for them.
I really thought Kelly Kraft would do well last week, but he MC'd and got beat by Spieth. Do you know much about him. SMU golfer I believe.... |

Do you honestly think they look at our crap? And if they did, base the lines off what we think?
I don't know man.... |

#9 Posted: 4/24/2012 9:49:56 AM They look AJ I honestly feel that a research guy from every book follows the threads as to what people are posting and saying as too if it makes a difference?? It can't possibly help unless we are throwing out false info and tricking the person. If they are watching they must be getting a laugh anyway...
It's not like every golf publication and the golf channel don't beat us to the punch anyway but I bet they shade the players that are mentioned by many as who they are looking at. |

Ya, your probably right. They got some DOUCHEBAG at the books looking at what we like and shading the lines. That's probably why when we talk about hammering a guy the next round...the line comes out and he's like -175 or some stupid number like that. Hmmm, so maybe we need to start our own code words to throw them off.... |

#11 Posted: 4/24/2012 2:32:48 PM Well the lines just came out and I did notice only a couple of dinkers matched against strikers almost every matchup seems to be strikers against strikers.Similar stats for da,dd,long approach etc. I may have found some plays but I'll wait a little while and see what boils down my only play so far is Couch-130/Summerhays 1st rd H2H and that based on striking,dd,da and putting |

#12 Posted: 4/24/2012 2:46:32 PM Look at his approach stats from 220 to 175 & in. He is right up there top 10 he ranks 33 in driving distance to Summerhays 139 and has a better putting stokes gained average, in almost every category he gets the check ...to easy... so I must be missing something here. Current form...edge couch... Last year Summerhays MC 74/76 to Couch 51 71,69,73,73 not a huge edge there but an edge non the less..
Anyway looks to me that if they missed at all it was here. -130 is probably the right number anyway....

I like your thoughts on the long iron play Blue
Looking at the par 3 yardage and a few lengthy par 4's I think the 200-225 stat should be looked at for guys that rank high and also rank low.
