| Matthew Stafford |
QB |
Prob Sun - Ankle - 10/28/11 |
notesStafford injured his right ankle during Week 7 on the Lions' last offensive play against the Falcons. He has been limited in practice so far this week but is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Broncos. |

#32 Posted: 10/29/2011 2:42:10 PM QUOTEWhat planet have you been on? With Stafford this game is a slam dunk for Detroit. Without Stafford, and zero running game, it is too iffy. Unless someone knows the Detroit QB situation, stay away from this one. Stafford is the difference maker, but with a weak OL and no running back, this is no place to bet on a back-up QB. Big fall off in talent.

#33 Posted: 10/29/2011 6:00:57 PM You know what? What the hell! I just won some extra $$$ picking the Cardinals to win the World Series, so I'm going with my first instinct....
Plus, isn't Tebow undefeated as a starter? -
Small play on the Broncos +3.5 - just because it might come down to that field goal - - we'll see
Good Luck everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

He's 2-2 in the NFL, including his 1-2 record in 2010.

#36 Posted: 10/30/2011 7:46:47 AM I think there are other games this Sunday to bet on. But if you must, UNDER 41 is a good bet.
Good luck to all. IT'S YOUR MONEY |

#37 Posted: 10/30/2011 8:37:51 AM Look for Megatron to have another highlight night as the Lions maul the Donkeys. Maybe being a mile high (closer) makes a difference. "God Bless"

#41 Posted: 10/30/2011 11:31:18 AM It's not that Detroit can't lose, they certainly can. It's merely that Detroit is a very bad matchup for Denver. How do you hurt the Detroit defense??? You have a balanced offense with a downfield threat. That way the run and pass have to be respected. And when Suh and the boys pin their ears back, you can screen and draw. And when they stack the line, you can get the ball downfield. You play Detroit front 7 over-aggression against itself. However, if you come at them one-dimensional, especially with little passing threat, you're in deep trouble.
Couple with that Denver's poor secondary and Detroit coming off two losses and a sour taste in their mouth. It's just a VERY bad spot for Denver. You've got the media crowning Suh a quarterback hunter with dirty tricks, and the same media crowning Tebow as a comeback hero (well somewhat). Media is pumping Tebow, media is trashing Suh. Tim Tebow, meet a very unhappy, 2-loss, Suh...not a great day to be in the Denver backfield. DETROIT medium play. |

having Said that....Detroit has lost 2 in a row. N Suh will have Tebow running for his life and unforunately that won't get it done.
Don't be a moron. Tebow struggled against a HORRIBLE miami team for 3 quarters. Detroit is primed and ready to make a statement against somebody...anybody.... after 2 heartbreaking losses. With or w/out a healthy Matt Stafford...it doesn't matter. it doesn't matter that Javid Best may or may not play and Detroit has a crappy running game.
Bet on Detroit to cover - whatever. Gud lucking thinking Tebow's luck hold's out 2 weeks in a row.
