Longest day ever yesterday with a crappy witness I had to defend in a deposition that just could not stop stepping on her own feet... very frustrating.

Today:

1. Indiana Pacers +1.5 (-110), 3.3 to win 3

I think Indy comes out with the straight up win here. Why? MIA's role players are having their favorite options / strengths taken away from them, which means that if LeBron and Wade don't go crazy for like 70 total points, MIA will have trouble picking up the win. Wade is 4-19 on jumpers through two games against INDY (at home with friendly rims mind you) and he is overall 25% (12-49) on jumpers in the playoffs.

Here is a great article on why I think IND will continue to be able to assert their will in this series and (omg) has a legit shot of knocking the Heat out of the playoffs

I cannot recommend enough reading that article I linked above. Its a fantastic piece with video that will really unlock and show a lot of what IND is doing successfully and why it is successful.

Good luck to everyone. I expect a lot of love for MIA coming off of a loss with the Wade quote about seeing IND celebrate on their home floor, but those of you who watched West's post game interview recall that the first thing he said is that "this is not a celebration, this is not the end game", etc etc. Some of the young guys may have been happy to get the road win but I guarantee that David West -- who is really the veteran leadership on this team and their go to guy late -- will have them focused tonight so there is no possible letdown. I trust in West.

Great write-up and video.  If Indiana continues the way they're playing now, they will advance to the next round.  Indiana in 6.

I don't get all the Indy love. They were losing by 6 @ halftime in G2.  They gave up an 8 pt lead in the 4Q and needed ultimate chokes by Wade and Lebron to win.

I think Indy COULD win but it just seems like the spread is about right.

From so fla and tired of the heat b.s.
Like the play....
Question for ya. My play was gonna be on pacers 1q +.5 (+105) there is a lotta heat action with my local.
Indy won and covered all 1st qtr vs orl, won game 1 in Miami and missed the cover game 2 by a half.
I was in love with this play with Indy with the energy coming off the win. I didn't think Miami matched up well with Indy before bosh went down even less now.
Question is do you think that wades comment may be enough to motivate them enough to push through 1st qtr.

Kf3---I knew your thread would be buried under a 100 BS threads, but with solid info....I stayed away, but nice call on the Pacers...

I love the fact that even our trusted Covers staff has an article about how the Heat 'might' not be favored vs. the Thunder or Spurs in the Finals on the home page, ignoring of course that Indiana is handling them pretty well...

Something is not right with Dwayne Wade. Not good for the Heat that Wade and Spo are not getting along.

My Pacers to win the West at +9000 loved this game
