Recap

Raiders 15, Chiefs 0: Sebastian Janikowski accounted for all the scoring with five field goals as host Oakland snapped a six-game losing streak with a dominant defensive effort in an AFC West matchup.

Oakland (4-10), which last won at Kansas City in Week 8, held Kansas City (2-12) to just 17 total yards on 18 plays in the first half and a total of 119 yards in the game to cap a season sweep of the Chiefs.

Darren McFadden paced the Oakland offense with 110 yards on 30 carries but it was Janikowski who was the offensive star. The veteran Raiders placekicker went 3-for-4 on field goals before the break, including a 50-yarder early in the second quarter and a 57-yarder with three seconds to play before halftime to give Oakland a 9-0 lead.

Janikowski then capped a long drive to begin the third quarter with a 30-yard field goal to extend the lead to 12-0 and concluded the scoring with a 41-yarder with 13:27 to go in the fourth quarter.

The Chiefs, playing without top receiver Dwayne Bowe (injured reserve, ribs), never mounted a serious scoring threat. Jamaal Charles, who entered the contest as the leading rusher in the AFC, finished with 10 yards on nine carries.

Game notebook: Carson Palmer was 18-for-29 for 182 yards for the Raiders. Brady Quinn finished 18-for-32 for 136 yards. ...The Chiefs were the first team since the Ravens (against Jacksonville) on Oct. 24, 2011, to go the entire first half without logging a first down. ... LB Rolando McClain was inactive for the Raiders despite being eligible to return after serving a two-game suspension. DE Richard Seymour was also inactive as he nurses a hamstring injury that has sidelined him for six games.
