Marshawn Lynch extended his streak of consecutive games with a touchdown to six as the Seattle Seahawks continued their mastery of the St. Louis Rams with a 24-7 road victory on Sunday.

Lynch gained 88 yards on 27 carries while Sidney Rice had a touchdown reception and made an impressive 55-yard pass to Mike Williams in the opening quarter for Seattle, which has won 12 of its last 13 meetings with St. Louis.

After spotting the Rams an early lead, the Seahawks (4-6) reeled off 24 unanswered points en route to their second road win of the year.

Rice hauled in a 14-yard pass from Tarvaris Jackson with 8 1/2 minutes remaining in the second quarter and Steven Hauschka booted a 19-yard field goal at the end of the half for a 10-7 advantage.

Lynch, who failed in his quest for a third straight 100-yard rushing performance for the first time in his career, scored on a 3-yard run with less than six minutes left in the third to expand the lead.

Justin Forsett sealed the win with a 22-yard scamper late in the fourth.

St. Louis (2-8) needed just two plays to score after Quintin Mikell picked off Tarvaris Jackson and returned the ball to the Seattle 27. Following a 3-yard loss by Steven Jackson, Sam Bradford connected with Brandon Lloyd for a 30-yard touchdown and 7-0 lead.

Mikell's interception was the second thrown by Tarvaris Jackson over the first five minutes of the game.

Steven Jackson, who had 15 carries for 42 yards, has never rushed for 100 yards in 14 career contests against Seattle.
