Eli Manning threw a 32-yard touchdown pass to Kevin Boss late in the fourth quarter as the New York Giants rallied for a 24-20 victory over the visiting Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

The third-and-10 pass completed a comeback from an 11-point halftime deficit and snapped a two-game losing streak for the Giants (7-4). Boss took a short pass in the left slot and the tight end broke a tackle and ran untouched into the end zone.

Jacksonville (6-5) built a 17-6 halftime lead on the strength of three long scoring drives that totaled 231 yards on 37 plays over 18 minutes.

Rashad Jennings scored from 5 yards out and Josh Scobee kicked a 22-yard field goal before David Garrard scrambled in from 5 yards with 30 seconds left in the half, drawing the boo-birds for a Giants defense that was ripped for 236 yards - including 145 rushing - and 16 first downs in the first 30 minutes.

The Giants turned the boos into cheers in the second half when Lawrence Tynes kicked a 28-yard field goal, Manning found Mario Manningham down the left sideline for a 26-yard TD pass and Ahmad Bradshaw converted a 2-point conversion to tie the game at 17-17 with 13:49 left in the game.

Jacksonville got to the New York 29 on its last drive but three consecutive sacks and a fumble ended the Jaguars' four-game winning streak.

Manning was 14 of 24 for 226 yards with, more importantly, no interceptions. He had four turnovers in last week's loss to Philadelphia.

Garrard was 20 of 35 for 162 yards as Jacksonville managed only 91 yards in the second half.
