Tyler Hansen threw a touchdown pass and rushed for another score and Rodney Stewart ran for 149 yards and a touchdown, leading Colorado to a 29-27 victory against visiting Georgia on Saturday.

The Buffaloes (3-1) spoiled A.J. Green's outstanding return from a four-game NCAA suspension. Georgia's star receiver caught seven passes for 119 yards and two scores. He also had a 40-yard run that set up his first touchdown reception. Green left during the third quarter with cramps but returned in the fourth quarter.

Georgia (1-4) led 24-14 in the third quarter, but Hansen's 2-yard touchdown run and the ensuing two-point conversion cut the lead to 24-22, and the Buffaloes moved ahead on Stewart's 11-yard scoring run with 4:39 left in the third.

Hansen threw for 158 yards on 13-of-20 passing with one touchdown and one interception. He added 51 rushing yards on 10 carries as Colorado won back-to-back games for the first time since opening the 2008 season with three consecutive wins.

Georgia's Caleb King rushed for 100 yards on 12 carries, but his fumble with less than two minutes left in the game stopped the potential go-ahead drive. Bulldogs quarterback Aaron Murray completed 16-of-27 passes for 221 yards with three touchdowns and an interception.

Georgia has lost four straight.
