Pledger, who had a season-high 18 points in Saturday’s win over Ohio, hit 5-of-10 from beyond the arc and collected two steals.
Preseason Big 12 Rookie of the Year Amath M’Baye added 14 points on 7-of-11 shooting and grabbed six rebounds for Oklahoma (9-3). He has 30 points in the past two games.
Leading scorer Romero Osby was held to eight points, but hit all six of his free throws. Je'lon Hornbeak dished out five assists.
Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (1-10), which shot 29.8 percent (17-of-57) from the field, lost its 10th straight despite 14 points from junior swingman Joy Williamson.
