Sean Kilpatrick overcame a sluggish start to finish with 15 points and eight rebounds for 20th-ranked Cincinnati (4-0), which has won each game this season by double digits.
Campbell (2-3) trimmed a 25-point deficit to 12 at 74-62 with just over six minutes left, but Wright scored 11 of the Bearcats' next 17 points to seal the win.
With Cincinnati nursing an 18-13 lead, Wright drilled his third 3-pointer of the contest and Parker scored nine points to ignite a 20-4 run.
Darren White had a team-high 22 points and Trey Freeman added 17 for the Fighting Camels, who saw the Bearcats enjoy a 14-3 edge in offensive rebounds.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Cincinnati center Cheikh Mbodj had two blocks to extend his team-lead to 16 on the season. Mbodj recorded 19 blocks in 28 games last season. ... The Bearcats enjoyed a 46-28 advantage at intermission despite shooting just 4-for-14 over the final 7:28 of the first half. ...
