Heat 107, Lakers 97: LeBron James scored 32 points and had a pair of highlight dunks down the stretch as host Miami took down Los Angeles to earn its fifth straight win.

Dwyane Wade added 30 points and Chris Bosh collected 12 points and 11 rebounds as the Heat improved to 22-3 at home.

Kobe Bryant had 28 points and nine assists and Earl Clark scored 18 for the Lakers, who have dropped two of three. Los Angeles has lost six of its last seven against Miami.

The Lakers pulled within 82-81 on Jodie Meeks’ 3-pointer with 8:47 left in the game before Wade scored seven straight points to put the Heat back in control. James got his first points of the fourth quarter with 5:58 left, when Wade stole Bryant’s pass and knocked it to Norris Cole, who found James for an alley-oop and a 91-84 lead.

James stole a pass from Steve Nash a few minutes later and drove the lane for another dunk, and Shane Battier’s 3-pointer on the next possession made it a 10-point edge with 2:42 to play. James and Wade combined for seven points over the last 1:30 to close it out.

GAME NOTEBOOK: James went 12-of-18 from the floor and is shooting 71.4 percent over the last five games. He has scored at least 30 points in each of those five contests. … Lakers C Dwight Howard collected 15 points and nine rebounds in 41 minutes - his longest outing since returning from his latest bout with shoulder pain. … The Heat shot 55 percent from the field and went 13-of-14 from the free throw line.
